His office staff are welcoming, warm, and happy. They greet you like you are family coming for a visit. "As a recent Retiree from the Aerospace and Higher Education industry and US Navy Viet Nam Veteran, I was first introduced to Dr. Alexander R. Schneider, DDS two years ago where he diagnosed and treated me for a crown on one of my teeth. He did an outstanding job at that time of providing quality care where "my smile" had returned without a painful experience. I made my appointment for my annual examination through the Office Manger and Receptionist, Yvette Amendola, who through the years has always greeted the patients with professional and courteous communication to all of us who needed dental care. I was very pleased to learn that after Dr. Robin Chapman Retired, Dr. Schneider took over her practice and my Dental Care. Dr. Schneider is assisted by his Dental Assistant, Camy, when he performed my examination. Both Dental Professionals were constantly thinking about my comfort throughout the examination! I would highly recommend those individuals whom are interested in painless dentistry from a known Dental Specialist who has a Quality Dental Practice to contact the "Best kept secret" in Upland, CA. You won't be disappointed."

"Had a very pleasant experience with both Melanie and Dr.Schneider. I am a dental coward and truly dread going to have anything done at the dentist but the Schneider team was great, making me feel comfortable. "Great place! Dr. Schneider is awesome, he's down to earth and friendly. Took my daughter for her first visit and prior he had done practice visits with her. So she was comfortable with him. Staff is amazing! So welcoming and they always take care of you making sure you are comfortable and always answer any questions no matter how small. I appreciate this office because they saved me from getting a unnecessary root canal and few years back from a different place. So happy I found this place!"
